This position requires a mature and responsible individual with a genuine concern for the homeless, an ability to enforce limitations that have been set for an individual or family and a willingness to be creative. CPR certification is required and may be provided by FBMS if needed. Training in non-violent crisis intervention is required and will be offered by FBMS.  Ability to travel locally is required for this position.

This full-time position will be working with familiesand/or individuals in the Brockton Quincy areas.

QUINCY HOUSING MANAGER

This full-time Quincy based Regional Housing Manager provides day-to-day oversight of the programs operated in the Quincy Housing division, including supervision and support of the community-based case managers and the congregate site support staff. 

Requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work or other related field or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience and 2 years of case management experience working with target populations including people living with mental health, substance abuse and/or other disabilities is required.
